'09 Civic LX-S Sedan Performance upgrades?

Im new to this forum and new to the tuning world and just wanted some opinions and some help about upgrading my '09 Honda Civic LX-S. The car is stock with only a K&N air filter that I have installed. I want to do a cold air intake and exhaust eventually and would like to know which brands are the best for my vehicle.Im also gonna put Denso plugs and maybe a few other minor mods on the car but want to maintain driveability because this is my primary mode of transportation. So if anyone has any tips on these upgrades it would be a big help. I have checked out procivic by the way too.
