It seems as if i have a problem with my fuel delivery or ignition while im driving the car at higher rpms the engine seems to bog down or almsot stall but doesnt and my tach wobbles will this happens any ideas? Also could this have anything to do with the timing i had it "done" by a mechanis shop but nothing seems to have changed i re-built the top end of the motor could anything during that have cause this or is it something completley differnt any advice would be nice thanks

...I also noticed that i had some oil residue in my spark plug boots

Could be the timing.but sounds 2 me like ur fuel filter is dirty, clogged or ur fuel pump might be a problem.maybe ur injectors.look at the fuel filer and open ur throttle clean it with some carb cleaner.just some ideas
