I just did a auto to manual conversion in my integra. your gonna need the tranny(of course) b16 shift linkage, 5spd ECU (obd2), you will have to get a T bracket for the back mount, conversion mount for the tranny, 5 spd axles, flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, your gonna need new flywheel bolts(auto and manual are diff),Starter(5spd) you will need the wiring diagram so you will be able to crank it in neutral..I have it but you will need to double check cause i dont know if the wiring for integras and civics are the same as far as the colors of the wires, clutch and brake pedal, clutch master cyl and hard line, you will need to buy some dyna-mat because there is some kind of metal plate for auto shifters, you will have to cut that out cause it will be in the way of the shift linkage i just put dyna-mat over the hole, or you could have someone weld a plate. But im pretty sure thats it. Ill let you know if I forgot anything.
