I have a 2000 honda accord lx I4, it has the 4 lugs hubs on it. is it possible to just buy the 5 lug hubs and bolt them onto the vehicle or does anything else have to be changed? could I also do a rear disk brake conversion at that time too, if so what would that take?

You might be able to change just the hubs on it from a ITR or prelude

what is an ITR? if I had to do knuckles or more, what would be the best bolt in way to convert it? like if I wanted to add 4 wheel disk brakes with a 5 lug set up?

First off an ITR wouldn't work at all.. you either have to get the front and rear knuckle off an honda oddyseey u can usually find them at your local salvage yard or find a 98-2002 honda accord v6 and get the knuckles. once u got all that stuff just take off ur old stuff from the 4 lug and bolt ur stuff on. Of course u may want to get some new rotors and pads possibly a new brake line depending on how urs look. The most expensive part is the rims. U can buy all the after market parts for a 98 n up prelude.. if u dont have disk rear end then u will have to buy the trailing arm and the other stuff from a v6 accord or honda prelude.. have fun with it i just started getting the parts together to due mine very own 5 lug swap.
